I made a complaint at the main office on 8th Avenue as soon as I realised but the staff there were unable to do anything as they said the vouchers for the extras were outside of their control. We managed to fit in the extras but that was at the expense of 2 of the bus tours. It turned out the information I was given regarding the time limit of the vouchers for the extra things I wanted to do was incorrect and as a result we didn't have enough time to do everything we had planned to do. I had been in email contact with one of the reservation staff prior to purchasing the tickets as I had already prepared an itinerary of things to do and had a few questions to make sure we could fit everything in.
